It was an incredible experience. I felt free, fulfilled, and happy in a way I hadn't felt in a long time. Even looking back on it a few days later, I realize how much it left me with: what I learned, but above all, the feelings I experienced. They still feel so alive, like a little seed sprouting. I don't know if this will remain a hobby or turn into something more (I hope so!), but it was truly special. Kudos to Martina for creating such a beautiful space.

I think it was the best gift I could have ever given myself! Martina managed to create a space where beauty, flowers, care, and the people experiencing it intertwine. It was a special weekend filled with emotions, but above all, a desire to learn and experiment (which I’m still doing, even after some time). Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Martina—you made me bloom, along with a passion that I never want to let go of (and who knows if it will evolve into something more)!

This is an experience that goes far beyond 'learning how to make flower arrangements.' It’s two days of creativity, connection, and working with nature while respecting its rhythms and harmony. I highly recommend it to anyone who simply wants to try a new experience, recharge in contact with nature, and learn simple yet effective techniques to create arrangements for everyday life and cozy corners of the home. But be careful: after the flower retreat, you won’t be able to eat at a table without a little flower vase anymore.

day 1
11:00 AM – Arrival & welcome light lunch
1:30 PM – Cultivating beauty
I will guide you through the secrets of the garden: how it comes to life, how it is nurtured, and how to transform it into beauty to experience every day, whether in your home or in your work.
It will be an open circle for questions, inspiration, and flower-filled conversations. I will share my philosophy and my most valuable advice, and we will talk about mistakes (so you can avoid them) and all the tricks I’ve learned over the years. Together, we will sow seeds for flowers that will bloom in your own floral corner.
3:30 PM – Foraging & harvesting in the garden
A walk to gather wild materials, learning how to select the most interesting branches and how to practice foraging with a deep respect for nature. Harvesting in the garden and conditioning techniques.
8:00 PM – Dinner & flower-filled conversations
day 2
MORNING
10:00 AM – Flowers, colors, and shapes
We will discover seasonal flowers, learning how they grow and behave. We will observe their shapes and textures, and how to enhance them in natural arrangements, while also exploring the use of color.
12:00 PM – Table architecture: elements and mise en place
Beyond simple decoration: the table as a narrative project. You will learn to balance the dialogue between movement, proportion, and harmony, taking care of every single detail of the mise en place.
From selecting textured fabrics and designer tableware to incorporating candles and curated props, we will design a complete setup together, ready to be captured in a professional photoshoot.
1:00 PM – Lunch & flower-filled conversations

day 2
AFTERNOON
2:30 PM – The floral bowl arrangement
Demonstration and creation of a floral bowl using sustainable techniques. We will pay close attention to the space where it will be placed, ensuring it is visually harmonious and balanced.
5:00 PM – The botanical library: nourishing your vision
A quiet immersion into our private collection of botanical and photography books. This is not just downtime, but true research: a dedicated moment to train your eye and let the techniques you've learned settle. Between a warm herbal tea and the rustle of pages, you will find the mental space to let your own stylistic identity bloom.
8:00 PM – Dinner & flower-filled conversations

A weekend of pure peace and serenity, immersed in the beauty of nature to be experienced with all the senses. Martina’s professionalism and warm hospitality complete the experience, making it truly unforgettable. Warning: it’s addictive! After these three days, you will definitely see the world through rose-colored glasses.

I was certain I would love the flower selection and arranging phase, and I absolutely did. But the table styling moment was what surprised me the most—both for the final result (seeing the table take shape starting from a mood board was incredibly inspiring) and for the teamwork, which felt so effortless thanks to the serene and welcoming atmosphere that filled the entire weekend.

For a long time, I had been wanting to dedicate some time to myself and my passion. Now I can say I did it in the best possible way—it was the most beautiful gift I could have given myself: two days immersed in a magical place, following the rhythm of nature.
day 3
MORNING
10:00 AM – Hand-tied vase bouquet
Demonstration and creation of a seasonal bouquet, inspired by the spontaneous beauty of nature.
We will explore techniques to showcase the unique flowers from the garden, enhancing their natural, airy, and "undone" habit. Together, we will create a "recipe" to follow for selecting flowers and creating endless bouquet variations.
12:00 PM – Spontaneous conviviality: the floral bowl on the table
You will learn to translate the spontaneous movement of the garden into a convivial table setting that highlights the unique character of each individual botanical element.
1:00 PM – Lunch & flower-filled conversations

day 3
AFTERNOON
2:30 PM – Spontaneous growth
We will create a ceremony installation using special sustainable, "no-foam" structures.
We will explore the selection of the most suitable and visually striking flowers and plants, enhancing their visual impact to ensure our design feels harmonious and completely natural.
5:00 PM – Afternoon snack & farewells

Everything was truly beautiful! I am so happy I participated in this new 3-day format instead of 2, because I feel it made the experience complete in every way. The addition of the book also allows you to dive deeper into the more theoretical aspects, like garden planning, and truly experience the retreat without the stress of taking notes. Thank you, Martina, for mindfully creating such a magical and beautiful experience.

Everything was truly wonderful. The difficulty of the different sessions was just right, and I could feel myself gaining familiarity and confidence with the flowers as we went along. I deeply appreciated Martina’s constant yet never intrusive presence; she let us experiment and create, helping us out whenever we felt unsure. It was a two-day experience where I truly recharged my batteries and connected with a slower pace of nature.

It wasn’t just a course about flowers, but an inner journey through beauty. Every detail—from the table styling to the moments shared over meals—is designed to make you feel at home and inspire you. Martina shares her passion so generously that it’s impossible not to come away changed. An experience I recommend with all my heart to anyone wanting to nourish their creativity.
conviviality
Our garden in Alto Monferrato is the heart of all activities, but the experience goes far beyond workshop hours. We have carefully selected locations and flavors to ensure that every moment of the weekend embraces our philosophy: slow, authentic, and deeply mindful.
What is included:
-
Accommodation: Two nights in a shared apartment with a private bedroom for single use.
-
Botanical Full Board: All meals are included throughout the journey. From lunches in the garden to dinners and breakfasts: these are the moments when ideas solidify, new collaborations are born, and professional exchange becomes intimate and profound.
-
Shared Mentorship: The beauty of sharing these spaces is the opportunity to receive advice, talk about dreams, and weave our stories together. It is within this conviviality that the most fertile ideas are born.
I firmly believe that sharing is an integral part of this journey. However, if you prefer a different accommodation solution or if you live nearby:
-
"Workshops & Lunch" Option: It is possible to deduct the cost of accommodation, breakfast, and dinner (- €300.00) from the total price. In this case, the 3 lunches and afternoon snacks in the garden remain included.
-
Other Solutions: If you are looking for independent accommodation, we will be happy to recommend some local, friendly places that we have tried and loved in the surrounding area.

storytelling
We know how essential it is to document the creative process with the right aesthetic. We want your hands to remain free to touch the earth and the flowers, without a screen getting in the way.
While you immerse yourself in the rhythm of the garden, we take care of documenting the process and the beauty of what you create, providing you with a professional look at your work.
For this reason, a professional photographer will be with us for the entire duration of the Floral Retreat.
Personal Branding
Not just simple souvenir photos, but a visual story that portrays you and your craftsmanship. Thoughtful, curated shots designed to narrate your figure and your stylistic identity with an editorial language.
Professional Portfolio
You will receive a high-resolution digital gallery containing your work and the styled setups we designed together. A precious archive of content ready for your website, portfolio, or social media channels.
